Satisfied or refunded
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option of returning it, exercising your right of withdrawal, within the statutory term of 14 days from receipt of your parcel, with the return costs being at your expense. In the case that you withdraw from this Contract, the return is at your expense. For full refund of the payment received, the goods must be in perfect condition, suitable for re-marketing, or refund of the payment received will be reduced by 25% . We will then refund the returned product(s) within a maximum of thirty days, or make you an exchange proposal based on available stocks.
Sales are subject to a contractual guarantee When a sale is covered by a guarantee, it is stated in the product sheet that accompanies each product. Depending on the type and conditions of the guarantee, some products may be replaced in case of malfunctioning. The conditions of the guarantee are defined in article 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which you accepted before making your purchase.
These guarantees are contractual and specific to each item: they are not automatic.
The guarantee period cannot be extended, under any circumstances. If you encounter a malfunction with a product covered by a guarantee, please contact us via this website. We will inform you on what to do and ask you to return the product in its original packaging. In order to enforce your guarantee, you must produce the invoice or delivery note of your parcel. For the guarantee to come into effect, the product must still have its original accessories attached. If the product has been tampered with, the guarantee is void. The guarantee allows the product to be replaced or refunded. The refund will not include assembly and machining costs.
We advise you to check the working order and the conformity of the received products, as soon as you receive them.
